This nine-night festival is not only a religious event but also a period that incorporates scientific principles and practices that can enhance physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Let us delve deeper into the science behind Navratri and find out what modern Indians can learn and implement from this ancient celebration. Physical Rejuvenation Through Fasting:Astronomical and seasonal changes: Navratri is associated with important astronomical events: the equinoxes and solstices, which are important in marking the change of the seasons. Each of the four Navratris is associated with a particular seasonal change, such as the beginning of summer or winter.Detoxification and immunity: Seasonal changes, especially during Sharada Navratri, are often associated with a drop in immunity and an increase in infections. Fasting and eating a sattvic diet during Navratri works as a detoxification, relaxes the digestive system and increases the body’s immunity to fight diseases.Mental Rejuvenation & Psychological Benefits:Combatting negative emotions: Navratri is also a time for mental detoxification by focusing on eliminating negative emotions such as anger, lust, greed, and jealousy.Psychological effect of fasting: Fasting is not just a physical activity but also a mental activity. It helps to strengthen the will, improve focus and provides a platform for introspection and self-discovery.Spiritual Rejuvenation:Connecting with cosmic energy: The nights of Navratri are considered powerful for spiritual practice. Devotees engage in meditation, prayers, and various rituals to connect with the divine feminine energy.Balance between material and spiritual aspects: The practice of worshipping various forms of Goddess Durga symbolizes the victory of positive spiritual energy over negative worldly aspects. What modern Indians can learn and apply: Adopt the concept of detoxification:Physical detox: Adopting the practice of intermittent fasting or periodic detox, especially during seasonal infections, can enhance physical health and immunity.Mental detox: It is important to allocate time for mental health, practice mindfulness, and focus on eliminating negative thoughts and emotions.Balancing lifestyle with nature cycle:Sync with natural rhythms: Understanding and respecting natural and astronomical cycles and adjusting your lifestyle accordingly can promote overall well-being.Seasonal eating: Eating a diet that suits seasonal produce and the climate can help improve digestion and immunity. Spiritual Practices for Mental Peace:Meditation and yoga: Incorporating spiritual practices like meditation and yoga into daily life can bring mental peace and clarity.Connecting with God: Engaging in spiritual practices, regardless of religious beliefs, can provide a sense of purpose and direction.Community and solidarity:Celebrating together: Festivals like Navratri promote community bonding. Celebrating even in small ways promotes a sense of unity and togetherness.Cultural Preservation: Maintaining traditions and understanding the science and knowledge behind them ensures they are preserved for future generations. In short, Navratri, while being deeply rooted in spirituality and religion, offers a wealth of scientific knowledge and practices that promote well-being at multiple levels. Modern Indians, going through the hustle and bustle of contemporary life, can adopt these practices to enhance their physical, mental and spiritual well-being, leading a balanced and harmonious life.

The devil listens us prior God

The devil listens to people before God, do everything in a jiffyWe have found that Satan is worshipped to awaken demonic powers. There are beliefs in western countries that when God does not listen, Satan listens. As soon as Satan is remembered, he immediately appears. There is a saying, there is delay in God’s house but no injustice, but there is no delay in Satan’s house but only injustice. This is the same thing that justifies this saying that Think of the Devil and Devil is here (Take the name of Satan and Satan is visible). It is said that Satan is worshipped to awaken the evil powers. There are beliefs in western countries that when God does not listen, Satan listens. As soon as Satan is remembered, Satan is immediately present. God may be late in coming but Satan is not late, he comes immediately. The story of demonic worship in Tantra Instead of believing in any divine power, they make their own rules and live their own lives according to their own conditions. God is sovereign, everything is balanced here, Satan wants to disturb this balance, for example Nature’s drainage system, a certain amount of water, the angle from the ocean to the clouds. In Christianity, Islam and Judaism, Satan is considered to be the enemy of God. Satan was also created by God but due to disobeying God, he was sent to hell where he became the king of hell. Satan makes deals with people and buys their souls and in return gives them immense wealth and fame. In Christianity, Lucifer is called the fallen angel, the king of hell or Satan who is the ruler of hell. He fulfills the right and wrong desires of people and after death takes their souls with him to hell. Satan worshippers do not follow the divine law and behave arbitrarily and live life on their own terms. The trend of worshipping Satan is continuously increasing in western countries. In countries like America, Britain, the number of people following Satanism is continuously increasing. There are many evil souls living inside them. The souls whose cremation is not done properly, whose Shraddha Karma and Tarpan Vidhi are not done, those souls either keep wandering or remain in the clutches of some Tantrik or get inside some devil. Although devils also fulfill wishes but they take life or sacrifice in return. They also have their own separate heaven and hell. If you do not follow your life according to the devil after adopting its worship methods, then you will have to go to the hell created by him. And you do not have to believe in anyone else except the devil. They have a parallel world like God. They become so strong on the basis of worship and sacrifice that sometimes they even challenge the power of God. In the Indian system, it is believed that the worshipper of Satan gets success in life but he has to live in subtle body or Kalpa Yoni for a Kalpa. Lord Shri Krishna has said in the Gita that he has given complete freedom to man to do his deeds. He has even given this freedom to every man that he can choose his own deity or God. If he wants, he can even choose Satan. But after death, he will go to the one whom he worships. That man will go to the same Lok (world) after death which he worships. Lord Shri Krishna has said in the Gita that the person who worships Satan has to live in subtle body for a Kalpa, that is, he has to live in Pret Yoni. And those souls live in Pret Yoni till the end of the Kalpa and roam on the earth and keep on wandering here and there in the world of that Satan. They wait for God in yearning. When God will incarnate at the end of the Kalpa, then those evil souls and Satan will be saved after being killed by him like Kalki God will incarnate. Because Satan is also God’s creation. Since he challenges God’s authority, this is what happens to him. What you normally call soul is not soul, it is subtle body. Because subtle body feels hunger and thirst. In Gita, Lord Shri Krishna has told about three bodies of human being. Gross body, subtle body and causal body. Soul is same for all. A person gets the result according to the deeds he does. That is why you see that some get more happiness and some get more sorrow. It is not that God directly dropped a man in someone’s womb and sent him directly to earth. He passes through 84 lakh births and takes birth in human birth. Then if he does bad deeds, in next birth he becomes an animal or a chicken, then he will go to slaughter house and then he will be slaughtered. Then again he will go through a long phase to live a human life. You can offer flowers, cannabis, dhatura, sweets, anything to God or any deity. If you wish, you can even offer sacrifice. There are some Gods who see your devotion. You can even offer them meat and alcohol if you wish, but not all Gods. God’s powers are in all three gunas. Sattva guna, Rajo guna, Tamo guna. But the devil is only of Tamo guna. That is, the devil needs blood. That is, the devil always needs sacrifice. Whether of a human or an animal. He is interested in blood. It is also heard that those who worship the devil cut some of their body parts and shed a little blood. Or they worship the devil by sacrificing something. Without sacrificing blood or life for the first time, they cannot become the devil’s representative or his priest. If you are worshipping God, then worship one God or another, or don’t worship, or stop worshipping God after worshipping if your purpose is fulfilled, or worship

What is Yoga?

What is yoga?Yoga is a set of spiritual, physical and mental practices that originated in ancient India. Yoga literally means to add. Yoga combines physical exercise, body postures (asanas), meditation, breathing techniques and exercise. The very meaning of this word is ‘yoga’ or the union of the physical with the spiritual within oneself. It also symbolizes the union of individual consciousness with the universal consciousness, indicating a perfect harmony between mind and body, human and nature. The practice of yoga is also mentioned in the Rigveda and Upanishads.Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra (2nd century BCE), is an authoritative treatise on yoga and is considered a foundational text of classical yoga philosophy.During modern times, and especially in the West, yoga is being adopted extensively as a form of physical exercise as well as meditation and postures. However, the purpose of yoga goes beyond a healthy mind and body.Yoga is one of the six darshanas (six philosophies) of Hindu philosophy. These 6 philosophies are known as Sankhya, Yoga, Nyaya, Vaisheshika, Mimamsa and Vedanta. Patanjali, Gautam, Kanad, Kapil, Jaimini and Badarayan are considered to be the pioneers of these philosophies. The initial indications of these philosophies are also found in the Upanishads. For more information about Sankhya philosophy, read the linked article. Origin of YogaThere is no consensus on the exact time period of the origin of yoga. Some researchers believe that it originated during the Indus Valley Civilization period, while others say that yoga originated from the pre-Vedic era in eastern India. Some experts believe that it originated in the Vedic era. Still others point to Shramana traditions. The Pashupati seal recovered from Mohenjodaro shows a figure seated in Mulabandhasana (yoga sitting posture), and so some researchers cite this as evidence of yoga’s Indus Valley origin. Yoga has been systematically explained in early Buddhist texts, Madhya Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita etc. In the modern era, gurus like Ramakrishna Paramahansa, Paramahansa Yogananda, Swami Vivekananda, Ramana Maharshi etc. contributed to the development and popularization of yoga all over the world. The word Yoga is first used in a verse of Rigveda for the Sun God rising in the morning. However, the Rig Veda does not mention what the yogic practices were. One of the earliest references to the practice of yoga can be found in the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad, one of the first Upanishads. However, the word Yoga is found in the Katha Upanishad with a similar meaning in contemporary times. Patanjali’s Yoga SutraThe Yoga Sutras are a collection of about 195 sutras or aphorisms written in Sanskrit. It was composed by the sage Patanjali, drawing on previous works on yoga and older traditions. Its composition is believed to be between 500 BC and 400 AD. In this treatise, Patanjali describes yoga as having eight limbs (ashtanga). They are Yama (restraint), Niyama (observance), Asana (yoga postures), Pranayama (breath control), Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation) and Samadhi (absorption). During the medieval period, it was translated into about 40 Indian languages and also into Arabic and Old Javanese. The Yoga Sutras were almost forgotten in modern times until Swami Vivekananda revived it and took it to the West. Role of Swami Vivekananda in popularizing yogaIn the last 100 years, Yoga has received a unique identity at the global level. And full credit for this is given to Swami Vivekananda. Vivekananda’s Raj Yoga is considered an important step in popularizing yoga in western countries. Along with Swami Vivekananda, Yogananda, Sri Aurobindo etc. also played an important role in popularizing Yoga on foreign soil.Swami Vivekananda, besides being a brilliant orator, also had a deep understanding of spirituality. He made significant efforts to facilitate cultural and spiritual exchange between East and West.Patanjali Swami was one of the first Indian masters to commentate and translate the Yoga Sutras. Expressing the vastness of Yoga, Swami Vivekananda wrote in the preface to the book Rajayoga, “The single goal of all orthodox systems of Indian philosophy is the liberation of the soul through perfection by the method of Yoga.”Therefore, the deep impact of Vivekananda’s Yoga propagation is visible even today in the Western tradition. He worked to attract people to Yoga as well as to generate serious interest among Westerners to learn the Patanjali Yoga Sutras. patanjali yoga sutraPatanjali Yoga Sutra is considered to be the basic text of Yoga philosophy. Yoga Sutras were composed by Patanjali thousands of years ago. In Patanjali Yoga Sutra there is a law to concentrate the mind and immerse it in God. According to Patanjali, yoga is to stop the mind from becoming restless (Chittavrittinirodha). This means not letting the mind wander here and there, keeping it fixed on only one thing. The most translated ancient Indian text in the medieval period was Yoga Sutra. According to the information, Yoga Sutra was translated into about 40 Indian and foreign languages (these also include ancient Java and Arabic). Patanjali Yoga Sutra had completely disappeared from the 12th to the 19th century, but due to Vivekananda and some other great men, this book came into vogue again in the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. Types of Yoga (Yoga Poses)Yoga helps in increasing physical and mental consciousness. Modern yoga is a method that has developed with a focus on exercise, strength, flexibility and breathing. Are you considering Gautam Buddha and Lord Buddha to be the same? Know the difference between the two. Lord_Buddha and Gautam_Buddha?Many times when we read about Gautam Buddha, we feel that Buddha is the same person, people of all ages often have this confusion and students are also most confused about this, but why not? Why not, because there is a lot of similarity in the name, clan and works of both of them, so friends, it is a very interesting topic, today we will know about Lord Buddha and Gautam Buddha, their birth and caste, and later about their society. What were your respective contributions? Special Gautam Buddha and Lord Buddha are not the same. Lord Buddha is the ninth incarnation among the ten major incarnations of Lord Vishnu. Lord Buddha is the incarnation of Lord Kshirodshayi Vishnu. He was incarnated only to stop the unnecessary violence against animals in the sacrificial system. His mother’s name was Mrs. Anjana and father’s name was Hemsadan, whose birthplace is in ‘Gaya’ (Bihar), India. The thing to consider is that Shakyasingh Buddha, son of Shuddhodana and Maya, whose childhood name was Siddhartha and Lord Buddha are not the same. Shri Shakya Singh was a very knowledgeable person, he attained spiritual realization after rigorous penance, after which he was called Buddha. Whereas Lord Buddha is the incarnation of Vishnu.   Coincidentally, Gautam Buddha performed penance at the same place where Lord Buddha performed penance. That’s why people considered both to be the same.”   Shakyasingh Buddha i.e. Gautam Buddha was born in the forests of Lumbini in Kapilvastu in 477 BC. Whereas Lord Buddha appeared 5000 years ago in a place called ‘Gaya’ in present-day Bihar. Whereas according to Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran (1.3.24) and Shrinarsimha Puran (36/29), Lord Buddha came to this earth about 5000 years ago while Gautam Buddha came 2491 years ago. What it means to say is that Gautam Buddha and Lord Buddha are not the same. According to Jagadguru Shankaracharya Nischalanand Saraswati, the head of Shri Govardhan Math Puri, Lord Buddha and Gautam Buddha were different persons born in different times. Gautam Buddha, who has been described as an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, was born in a Brahmin family in Kikat region (Magadha). And Gautam Buddha, born in Kapilavastu hundreds of years after his birth, was a Kshatriya prince. Lord Buddha belonged to the Brahmin family. When Shankaracharya ji asked people, they said that it was the Brahmins who started the worship by declaring Buddha as the incarnation of God, on which he said that the Buddha who is discussed in the rituals is different. Lord Buddha has also been discussed in the Vedas. Who is an incarnation of God. These are also discussed in Shrimad Bhagavatam. Who was born in Brahmin family. what caused the confusionShankaracharya ji said that Amar Singh was one of the nine gems of the royal court of King Vikramaditya. When he composed Amarkosh, the most famous dictionary of Sanskrit language. So in that book, 10 synonymous names of Lord Buddha and five synonyms of Gautam Buddha were written in the same order, due to which this situation of confusion had arisen. He composed it in the third century BC. both had gotraShankaracharya said that the Gotra of both of them was Gautam. This was also a big reason why no one paid attention to this. In Agnipuran, Lord Buddha has been called Lambakarna, which means one with long ears. After which the long ears of Gautam Buddha started being made in statues. Buddhists do not consider themselves Vedic, which they are not.Buddhists do not consider themselves Hindus. He said that Jains, Buddhists and Sikhs have all been defined as Hindus under Section 25 of the Constitution. Buddhists do not consider themselves Hindus. Now even Jains and Sikhs have started calling themselves Hindus.

Benefits of shadhna?

In today’s modern societies, people are not understanding the sadhana done from time to time, they are not even aware of it – people are forgetting the sadhana. Nowadays, only the truly educated or illiterate people and people living in villages practice such sadhana. Modern education is making people scatter here and there. Taking love from Aati. I have seen it firsthand. These people shy away from coming in groups. They think they are better than everyone else. But, they are confused about everything. What the illiterate farmers know and understand, these educated people do not know but still they believe that they are superior, better than all the people. They are definitely confused at some deep level. They are getting entangled. Sadhana is such a tool or we can consider it like an automatic intelligent. Which makes you capable of riding the waves of life. The importance of doing sadhana for some time is to bring and increase biological intelligence in your system to make your life easier. You don’t need to imagine that this universe is some problem that you have to solve. There is no problem in creation. This is a very amazing incident. You can ride it or get crushed under it. choice is yours. If you ride on it then it is such an amazing event that no one can imagine. It’s a terrible thing if you get crushed under it. #1.Sadhana – Learning how to ride the waves of life Learning how to ride the waves of life is spiritual practice. The word Sadhna literally means a means or equipment. It is a tool that enables you to ride the waves of life. A few days ago, I was at an international airport where a young woman was sitting in the aisle, not on a chair, but on her bag. Thousands of people were coming here and there with their trolleys, some were running to catch the plane, some were getting down and going out – but she had no problem with all this, she was not getting disturbed but a small She was sitting with a mirror and a pair of small hair tweezers and was skillfully removing the extra hair from her eyebrows. I thought his focus was at a very high level. That small device was important, which she was using very efficiently, sitting in the middle of the crowded area of the airport, where thousands of people were moving here and there around her. #2.How to get maximum benefit from Bhairavi Sadhana The process of Sadhana has been designed in such a way that maximum results are obtained with minimum effort. We understand that Sadhana is very simple and easy. Sadhana is like a small needle which if we use wisely and carefully, we can connect many things with it. Otherwise it can harm any part of your body, it is not designed for that kind of result. It has been designed to work with great care, caution and thorough involvement so that you get the right results. Tools/tools are important but how you use them is more important. If I tell you to fit something properly and you put the wrong end of the screwdriver on it, you will probably hurt yourself. #3.Importance of Bhairavi Sadhana This sadhana has been structured in such a way that some parts of it you will like and some parts you will dislike. You will be comfortable in the part which will not bend, tire or break you, but the part which you do not like is more important. If you do what you like with 100% involvement, then what you don’t like, you should do with 200% involvement.

Who is Dakini ?

Who is Dakini? The name of Dakini is very popular in the Tantra world. Common people are also familiar with this name. As soon as the name Dakini comes, a feeling of fierceness arises in the mind. In fact, it is a very fierce form of energy in all its forms. There are many definitions of Dakini. Dakini means the power that “carries the mail”. It is worth keeping in mind that since ancient times and even today, carrying mail in the eastern villages means that the consciousness becomes dizzy due to the storm of emotions and the ability to think and understand disappears. This power is also the basis of Shivalinga of Mooladhar. In Tantra, Kali is also called Dakini, although Dakini is a very violent power under the power of Kali. She represents the fierceness of Kali. Her place is considered to be right in the middle of Muladhar. She is the most fierce power of nature. She is the root of all destruction and devastation. Because of these, Kali is called a very fierce goddess whereas Kali is also the original goddess of the origin of the entire universe. In Tantra, the practice of Dakini is also done independently and it is believed that if Dakini is accomplished then the accomplishment of Kali becomes easier. If the Siddhi of Kali i.e. Mooladhar is accomplished then other Chakras or other Gods and Goddesses can be easily accomplished with less efforts. In this way, the most difficult thing is to attain the power of Kali named Dakini. The practice of Dakini is a famous practice of Aghorpanthi tantrikas. Cruelty, anger, extremely violent feelings, nails and hair etc. within us originate from the power of Dakini i.e. waves. On attaining Dakini, a person gets the ability to know the past, future and present and to control and subjugate anyone. Protects the seeker and also guides him. Dakini appears in front of the seeker almost in the form of Kali and her form can be fierce. In this form there is a lack of sweetness and tenderness. At the time of accomplishment, it first scares the seeker, then inspires him to indulge in various seductive forms. Although basically it is a fierce and cruel power, it creates illusion and greed. Can do this for. It can be accomplished if one is saved from its fear and temptation. It cannot be accomplished without making the mind empty and immersed in its feelings. There is a practical difference between it and Kali, although it comes under Kali. They have to be awakened whereas Kali is an awakened goddess. In the practice of Dakini, lust is completely prohibited. In the world of Tantra, there is another Dakini Sadhana which is mostly practiced in Vama Marga. This Dakini is a permanent quality arising from the negative energy of nature [Earth] and is visible in a definite shape. Its form is beautiful and attractive. It is found as an independent power on earth. Its worship is very popular among Aghoris and Kapalikas. This is a very powerful power and when proven, the path of the seeker becomes very easy. However, if there is a slight mistake in the sadhana or if the seeker becomes even a little weak in the time of sadhana, it ends it. These are advanced powers like ghosts, demons, brahma, jinn etc. Sometimes they can bless someone and sometimes they can automatically get attached to someone. In Tantra stories, there are stories of it getting attached to some people, getting married and even giving birth to children. Its form is that of a beautiful, fair-complexioned girl with a sharp nose [somewhat long nose] who is mostly seen in black clothes. Details of its practice, circulation and effects are found in the Tantra world of Kashi. This power can only be subdued, it cannot be destroyed, it is an ever-pervading power which can be beneficial as well as harmful for a particular person. It cannot be called negative, but it is a negative power, although it can also react on its own. Generally, it can roam on river-lake banks, ghats, cremation grounds, Tantra Peethas, secluded meditation places etc., which instead of light She likes to be in darkness. There is a difference between this Dakini and the Dakini of Muladhar. Dakini of Muladhar is connected to the Muladhar of the person, if Kundalini is dormant then that too is dormant. On trying to awaken Kundalini through Tantra path, it is the first to be awakened. Its sadhana is also done independently and apart from Kundalini sadhana, it is also used for sadhana. It happens. On the sadhana of Dakini Shakti of Kundalini, Dakini of nature can get attracted and she can be present. Although Dakini found in nature is a permanent power of nature, the nature of its worship is different but the qualities and emotions are the same. There are many differences of opinion whether on the independent practice of Dakini, the Dakini related to Kali comes or the Dakini of nature, because nature also comes under Kali. Whatever may be the situation, but Dakini is a strong power and she is so capable. It is believed that when proven, it can fulfill both the physical and spiritual needs of a person and can help in spiritual practice and pave the way for liberation.

Rules and Remedies for Having a Child

” Rules and Remedies for Having a Child Our saints and sages have told us some rules for having children thousands of years ago. Every couple wants to have at least one child. According to nature, man and woman should understand the reason for conception. By following them, not only will you have children, your children will also never face sorrow in the future…! One should avoid having sex.. like Ashtami, Ekadashi, Trayodashi, Chaturdashi, Purnima and Amavasya, we should not have sex at all. Chandravati Rishi says that the birth of a boy or a girl depends on the condition of right-left breathing, Pingala-Tuda Nadi, Suryaswar and Chandraswar of the man and woman at the time of conception. It is said that at the time of conception, if a woman breathes right, she will have a daughter and if she breathes left, she will have a son. A man gets the disease by having sexual intercourse in the first four days after the start of menstruation. The method for producing a child should be performed from the fifth night. During this time only the right voice of a man and the left voice of a woman should be used. The thing to note in this is that when a man’s right scrotum moves, his right testicle secretes more amount of sperms due to which more amount of male sperms are released. Hence a son is born. If the husband and wife are not interested in having a child and want to have sexual intercourse, then they can have sexual intercourse from the eighteenth day of menstruation till the arrival of menstruation again, during this period the chances of conception are almost nil. The couple should not have sexual intercourse after four months of pregnancy. If sexual intercourse takes place even after this, there is a risk of the future child being born crippled and sick.
