Introduction:  We all know about Yoga and Pranayama, but do you know about Mudra Vigyan? Mudra Vigyan is an ancient science known for connecting the energies called Vata (the energy of movement), Kapha (the energy of lubrication) and Pitta (the energy of digestion). Mudra is considered a means of expressing inner feelings by the use of various gestures involving hands, feet and other parts of the body. Of the five categories of mudras, hasta mudras or hand gestures are known to have potential benefits on mental, physical and emotional well-being. In this article, we will learn about the health benefits of one such mudra, the Agni Mudra.   What is Agni Mudra?  Agni Mudra belongs to the Hasta or Hand Mudra category and is the most prevalent hand mudra. It is also known as Surya Mudra or the gesture of the Sun. The name Agni Mudra comes from the Sanskrit word ‘Agni’, meaning fire, and ‘Mudra’ meaning seal lock or hand gesture. The practice of this mudra is known to eliminate the prithvi (Earth) element and increase the fire element (Agni) present in the body.   Agni Mudra  how to do it?  Let us learn how to do Agni Mudra:   First of all, sit comfortably on the ground in a relaxed position. It is best to sit in Padmasana (cross-legged sitting) or Vajrasana (heel sitting).  Keep your palms facing upwards on the thighs.  Next, fold your ring finger inward so that the tip of the ring finger touches the tip of the thumb.  The middle, little and index fingers are extended straight outwards.  This Hasta Mudra mentioned above is called Agni Mudra.  Note: Close your eyes and breathe normally, and do this mudra daily for 45 minutes or thrice a day for 15 minutes. It is best to practice this mudra in the morning on an empty stomach.  Do you know?  The five fingers of our hands represent the five elements of the earth. The thumb symbolizes fire (Agni), the index finger is associated with air (Vayu), the middle finger represents space (Akash), the ring finger is associated with the earth (Prithvi) element, and the little finger symbolizes water (Jal). ,  Agni Mudra is also known as Agni Vardhak Mudra as it increases the agni (fire) element of the body.  Agni Mudra is also called Prithvishamak Mudra as it eliminates the Prithvi (Earth) element from the body.  Benefits of Agni Mudra:  Keeping the origin and history in mind, let us now discuss the benefits of Agni Mudra.  Benefits of Agni Mudra on Thyroid Gland  The thyroid gland is a small gland located in the front of your neck that is responsible for producing thyroid hormone, which plays an important role in growth, development, and metabolic processes. Bhairavi sadhna ke ek our Rhasya

Other methods of experiencing the joy of liberation through secret practices Other methods of experiencing the joy of liberation through secret practices like Yoni-worship, Lingarchan, Bhairavi-sadhana, Chakra-worship and Bankauli etc. are also described in Tantra-marg. But, all these methods are fruitful only when performed under the guidance of a qualified and experienced Guru. Here we want to throw a little light only on Bhairavi Sadhana among the secret practices of Tantra Marg. We will discuss other esoteric practices in some other book or article. It is said in Durga Saptashati – ‘स्त्रिय: समस्ता: सकला जगत्सु’ ।. That is, whatever exists in the world is in the form of a woman, otherwise it is lifeless. In Tantric practice, woman is considered a symbol of power. Without a woman, this practice was not considered successful. In the path of Tantra, respect for women is supreme and she is worshipable. ‘यत्र नार्यस्तु पूज्यन्ते रमन्ते तत्र देवता’ – This belief has real prestige in the path of Tantra. While people of conservative thinking have been calling women the ‘gateway to hell’, in Tantra Marg, she has been considered a goddess and has been given equal rights as men. In the path of Tantra, women of any caste are not considered inferior. There is mention in ‘Nirvana-Tantra’ regarding the qualification of the seeker/sadhika involved in Bhairavi Chakra worship – नात्राधिकार: सर्वेषां ब्रह्मज्ञान् साधकान् बिना । । That is, not every person has the right to participate in Chakra Puja. No one can participate in this except the seeker who knows Brahma. Those who are worshipers of Brahma, who know Brahma, who are eager to attain Brahma, who have pure minds, who are peaceful, who are engaged in the welfare of all living beings, who are free from vices, who are free from dilemma. Those who are kind, those who remain firm on their vows, those who have true resolve, those who consider themselves as Brahmaya – only they are worthy of Bhairavi-Chakra-worship. The aim of Bhairavi Sadhana is to forget the world and experience Brahmananda through the molecular power of sexual energy present in the human body. Bhairavi-sadhana is completed in several stages. In the initial stage, the devotees of this Sadhana, men and women, sit in Sukhasana or Padmasana at a distance of two-three feet in front of each other, without touching each other, in a secluded and fragrant environment, naked and gazing into each other’s eyes and chanting Guru-Mantras. Let’s chant. By doing this continuously, the sexual desire within the devotees goes upward and incision thousands of people in the form of divine energy. In the second phase of this sadhana, men and women try to maintain the upward sexual desire by touching each other’s body parts. Meanwhile, chanting of Guru Mantra should be continued continuously. While performing external acts of sexual arousal, one should exercise full self-control to avoid ejaculation. By doing sadhana under Guru’s grace and Guru’s guidance, the sutras of restraint can be easily understood. In the last stage of Bhairavi Sadhana, male and female devotees perform the act of sexual intercourse with each other. This practice of physical enjoyment with equal feelings, equal faith, equal enthusiasm and equal restraint is called equal enjoyment or sexual intercourse. This action should be performed while chanting the mantra in a safe, fearless, unhesitating, non-conflict and shameless manner. Couple seekers should exercise full self-control and make every effort to ejaculate as late and simultaneously as possible. This is easily possible during Bhairavi Chakra puja under the guidance of an experienced guru. Many methods of Bhairavi Chakra have been described, Rajchakra, Mahachakra, Devchakra, Veerachakra, Pashuchakra etc. According to the Chakra-Bheda, there is a difference in the woman’s caste-character, worship-treatment, place-time and results in this sadhana. All the worshipers and devotees involved in the worship of Bhairavi Chakra become Bhairav and Bhairavi, because their body consciousness melts and they rise above the discrimination of body or caste. Vinâtu, one must follow Varnashram-karma outside Chakraarchan. On successful completion of Bhairavi Chakra puja, one gets a supernatural experience. Just as a spark comes out when two electric wires – phase and neutral – collide, in the same way, the extreme energy generated when both men and women ejaculate together, can penetrate thousands of waves in a single stroke and enable one to have a vision of Brahmanand. Is capable of. In Tantra Marg this is called ‘Brahma-Sukh’ – शक्ति-संगम संक्षोभात् शत्तäयावेशावसानिकम् । यत्सुखं ब्रह्मतत्त्वस्य तत्सुखं ब्रह्ममुच्यते ।। That is, the happiness of Brahmatattva that is obtained from the beginning of the Shakti-Sangam till the end of the Shakti-charge is called ‘Brahma-Sukh’. This experiment is the most unique among all the experiments that have been done till date to differentiate Sahasra Dal.
